Here at The London Consulting Co., every project begins with a virtual consultation. If you are not sure what you require, we suggest booking a short, twenty-minute Initial Consultation so that we may best assess your needs, and how many Virtual Consultations your business requires going forward.
Before undertaking any works for a project, we require a signed contract. This contract will outline the scope of work, timeline, and fees associated with the project. We require payment in full before any work is completed. We accept various forms of payment, including bank transfer and credit card. Payments for virtual consultations or for any works completed are not refundable. If you have any questions or concerns about our payment policy, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
